Desh Bhagat College of Education
('B' Grade allotted by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC)) is
another milestone in the Desh Bhagat Group. The vision of the Institute is to
make a person self-reliant, selfless and well trained in the field of education
so as to serve the country. A young college with enormous potential was
established by Aasra Foundations(Regd.) with the sole aim of imparting best
professional education to the youth, so that they become the best knowledgeable
teachers and guides, who can influence people, offer strategic direction and
make good use of financial, human, technological and material resources. The
college is affiliated to Punjabi University, Patiala, and is recognized by the
National Council for Teachers Education, Jaipur and Govt. of Punjab. Desh
Bhagat College of Education is situated in a pollution-free, eco-friendly
environment amidst lush green and sprawling lawns. The Institute is situated at
a distance of 8 kms from Mandi Gobindgarh city, in the serene environment.
Desh Bhagat Group is leader in
providing quality education with the sole aim of "Excellence through
efforts". The Group comprises of 15 different professional colleges all
over Punjab particularity at Mandi Gobindgarh Muktsar and Chandigarh which
caters to Engg., Hotel Mgt. , Airlines Tourism & Hospitality, Computer

Craft, Ayurveda, Nursing, Dental Sciences, Jewllery Design etc. The Institute
was initiated under the dynamic leadership of Dr. Zora Singh an MBBS. DCH, with
the mission to enhance knowledge, Skills, Confidence and motivation to
students. The Institute has excellent infrastructure with state-of-the art
technology such as lush Green campus spread over 40 acres Total Covered Area of
10.0 Lakh Square feet, 13 independent buildings with unique architecture, well
